Terms of Service
Tetra AI Solutions LLC · Effective September 14, 2026
1. The agreement
These terms govern your use of the tetraai.ai website, our public demo phone lines, and — if you become a client — the Tetra answering service (together, the “Service”), provided by Tetra AI Solutions LLC (“Tetra,” “we,” “us”). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you’re signing up on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
2. What the Service is
Tetra provides AI voice agents that answer telephone calls for client businesses: greeting callers, answering configured questions, capturing and qualifying leads, scheduling or preparing bookings, and delivering summaries, transcripts, and recordings to the client. Agents are configured with each client during onboarding and go live when the client forwards calls to the number we provision.
3. The demo lines
Our demo agents are free to try, no signup required. Browser demo calls are capped at three minutes; phone demos may be similarly limited. Demo calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality purposes. Don’t use the demo lines to harass, to test abusive content, to place automated or bulk calls, or for anything unlawful — we may block abusive callers.
4. Not an emergency service
The Service is not a substitute for 911 or any emergency service. AI agents can flag and escalate urgent calls by a client’s rules, but no caller should rely on the Service in a life-threatening situation, and clients must not represent it as an emergency line.
5. Plans, fees, and billing
- Plans are billed monthly, in advance, at the prices published on this site, plus a one-time setup fee that covers building, testing, and tuning your agent.
- Each plan includes a monthly call volume. If your volume regularly exceeds your plan, we’ll contact you about moving up a tier before anything changes on your bill — no surprise overage charges.
- Service is month to month. You may cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period; call forwarding is then switched off and your number behaves exactly as it did before.
- Setup fees become non-refundable once build work on your agent has begun.
6. Call recording — your responsibilities as a client
Calls answered by your agent may be recorded and transcribed so you can review them and so your agent can be tuned. Recording laws vary by state: some, including Pennsylvania, require the consent of all parties. We configure your agent with a disclosure appropriate to your jurisdiction and won’t go live without one, but you are responsible for approving that disclosure and for your own compliance with the recording, telemarketing, and consumer-protection laws that apply to your business. Nothing we provide is legal advice.
7. What we need from you
Your agent is only as accurate as what you give us. You agree to provide truthful business information (services, prices, hours, policies), to review your agent during the testing step, and to keep us updated when the details change. You won’t use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or harassing purposes, and you won’t configure an agent to impersonate a specific real person.
8. AI limitations
AI voice agents are good, and they are not perfect. An agent may occasionally mishear a caller, answer imprecisely, or capture a detail incorrectly. We tune agents continuously and flag low-confidence calls where possible, but you should treat summaries as a fast first draft of reality and review recordings where a detail matters. Agents do not provide legal, medical, or financial advice, and clients must not configure them to do so.
9. Your data, our license
As between you and Tetra, your business information and your call data (recordings, transcripts, summaries, lead details) belong to you. You grant us the license needed to process that data to provide and improve your service. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. The website, the Tetra name and mark, and our agent configurations remain ours.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every call will be answered or captured — telephony, carriers, and networks fail in ways no provider can fully prevent.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits or revenue, arising out of the Service. Tetra’s total aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Termination
You can cancel anytime (Section 5). We may suspend or end service for non-payment, for abusive or unlawful use, or if providing the Service becomes unlawful or infeasible — with notice and a prorated refund of prepaid fees where the ending is our choice. On termination we’ll return or delete your call data at your request.
13. SMS terms
Program: Tetra AI Solutions appointment and service texts. Tetra AI Solutions LLC (tetraai.ai) sends text messages on behalf of the businesses it answers calls for. By agreeing to receive text messages from such a business, you consent to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and related service messages at the phone number you provided. Consent is collected verbally on the call. Before any text is sent, the answering agent reads this script: “This is [Business Name]. Would you like to receive text messages from [Business Name] about this service request, such as your appointment confirmation, a reminder before the visit, and any follow-up? You will get about 2 to 4 messages per request. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Is that okay?” A text is sent only if you say yes. Message frequency varies by request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help, or contact hello@tetraai.ai. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle your information, including your phone number and text-message consent, is described in our Privacy Policy. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
15. Changes
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. We’ll post updates here with a new effective date, and material changes affecting active clients will be emailed before they apply.
